Privacy Policy

• Account data: your email address and a hashed version of your password (we cannot see the password itself).
• Profile data: the business information you provide (name, title, company, specialty, lanes, proof points).
• Campaign data: the targets you enter, research briefs, and the outreach drafts generated for you.
• Usage data: lookup counts, plan status, and basic logs needed to run and secure the Service.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us; we store only your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers.

To run the Service: researching your targets, generating your drafts, metering your plan, billing, support, and keeping the Service secure. We also use aggregate, de-identified usage to improve the product. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

Trusted processors, only to run the Service:

• Anthropic processes campaign inputs and research to generate drafts.
• Stripe handles payments and subscriptions.
• Resend delivers transactional email (verification, password resets).
• Hosting and database infrastructure providers.

We share data beyond this only if the law requires it.

One essential cookie: your login session. No tracking cookies, no third-party ad pixels.

We keep your data while your account is active. Email info@theloadletter.com to delete your account and its data; we'll complete deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

You can request a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion at any time via the email above. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we honor access and deletion requests without discrimination.

Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit, and access to production data is limited. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the data we hold. The Service is for business use by adults; it is not directed at anyone under 18.
