Terms of Service

Effective July 1, 2026

1. What this is

Outbound ("the Service") is a software tool operated by Vector Logistics LLC, doing business as The Load Letter ("we," "us"). The Service researches companies you identify and generates draft sales outreach (emails and social messages) for the freight and logistics industry. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and using the Service for business purposes. Keep your login credentials secure; activity under your account is your responsibility. Give us accurate information, including a working email address.

3. Plans, billing, and refunds

The free plan includes a limited number of lifetime lookups. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe, and renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Unused lookups do not roll over or convert to refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; if something went wrong on our end, email us and we'll make it right.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

4. AI-generated content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to research companies from publicly available sources and to draft outreach content. AI output can be wrong, outdated, or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and editing everything before you use it. We make no promises about the accuracy of research, the quality of drafts, or business results of any kind, including replies, meetings, or revenue.

5. You are the sender

The Service generates drafts; it does not send email. When you send content created with the Service, you are the sender and solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, the TCPA where relevant, and any consent requirements in your recipients' jurisdictions. You are also responsible for the truth of any claims you make about your own business, including claims in your profile that the Service builds drafts from.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing outreach;
  • create multiple accounts to farm free lookups;
  • resell, sublicense, or offer the Service's output as your own service;
  • probe, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the Service;
  • use the Service to research individuals rather than businesses.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Ownership

You own the information you put in and the outreach drafts the Service generates for you. We own the Service itself, including its software, prompts, and design. You give us the limited right to process your inputs to run the Service.

8. Disclaimers and limits on liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing info@theloadletter.com. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account for violation of these Terms, with notice where practical.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app, and continued use after the effective date is acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Questions: info@theloadletter.com.
